If you have ticketed events, what is the main call-to-action for sales?
What is the projected number of individual tickets to be sold?
What is the call-to-action for package sales (i.e. accommodation and tickets)?
What is your marketing budget (advertising, collateral, web and promotions)?
How will you advertise this event to drive attendance?
What is your media budget?
Who are your confirmed media partners?
Will your event be televised? If yes, please provide details.
What was the dollar value of the media coverage from the last year this event was produced? If new, what is the media value target?
What resources do you have for managing public relations, press release distribution, media accreditation and hosting?
