Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) Event Protocols
The RMOW requires the following Event Booking Requirements for indoor or outdoor events taking place in Municipal areas (Whistler Village, Parks & Fields or Municipal Indoor Facility):
- Mandatory Site Visit at the early event planning stages
- Village Facility Use and/or Park and Field Facility Use Application Forms
- Event Production Plan
- Sponsor Activations & Sampling Plan to be approved by RMOW
- Business License – if applicable, please visit: www.whistler.ca/content/view/55/274/
- Special Occasion Liquor License, if applicable
The following will also be required in addition to your Village Use Application: Site and Emergency Plan, Security Plan, and Temporary Structure Plans.
